New blog, new person

Here we are (and we'll see if h argees with this or this blog may not last long) both on th web now. I will encourage her to post as well so that we can keep it a dual effort, and maybe I won't botch this one with posts that try to be insightful (or worse autobiographical) and turnout to be indecipherable (sometimes) or a least boring.
